Our Fees

Our pricing is simple, fair, and transparent. We charge the lowest amounts possible because we want out customers to win.

Platform Fees

Signing up for the Round platform is completely free. You can link your bank accounts, transfer money between them, and use the platform without any charge.

Not everything is free, some of the products have charges based on the providers.

Treasury Product

It is free to open an account. We only charge a flat 0.20% on total assets under arrangement for the Treasury Product. This is annualised, calculated daily and deducted automatically monthly.

Once you deposit funds into your brokerage account, a small proportion of cash will always be held on the account to drawdown from for fee payment each month.

As laid out in our Terms & Conditions in the event that the cash balance of your Account is not sufficient to cover our fees you give us the right and authority to create an order to sell the equivalent value of your investments to cover the outstanding Fees.

All fees are exclusive of VAT.

Vault Product

It is free to open an account. We only charge an annual account service fee, which is based on the total deposit and begins at 0.25%, and is due monthly in arrears. There are no other fees for the service. The fee structure is the following:

Once you deposit funds into your Hub account, Insignis Cash sets aside the annual account service fee and draws down monthly payments in arrears from this fee reserve account. We charge a minimum of one-quarter of the fees,
after which fees are charged pro rata.

While the funds are in the fee reserve, they remain in the clientʼs name. There are no other fees for the service.

All fees are exclusive of VAT.
