Refer a Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01st April 2025– 30th September 2025

Eligibility
The "Refer a Friend" scheme is open to individuals who are existing clients of Round Financial Limited ("the Referrer"). The company being referred ("the Referee") must meet the following criteria
1. The Referee must not already be an existing client of Round Financial Limited.
2. The Referee must open a new account with Round Financial Limited and fund the account with a minimum of £1,000,000.
3. The Referee must maintain the balance of £1,000,000 for at least 3 months.

Referral Limit
Each Referrer is limited to a maximum of five (5) successful referrals during the scheme period (April 2025 - September 2025).

Reward
- Upon successful completion of the eligibility requirements, both the Referrer and the Referee will be eligible to receive a reward.
- The reward will be either:
  - A cash payment of £200 (two hundred pounds) to each party, OR
  - A pair of Apple AirPods Pro for each party.
- The choice of reward will be at the discretion of Round Financial Limited and agreed with the Referrer and Referee.

Payment of Rewards
- Rewards will be issued after the Referee’s account has been fully opened, funded with the minimum amount of £1,000,000, and verified by Round Financial Limited.
- Rewards will be provided within 30 days after all terms listed in eligibility are met.
- Round Financial Limited reserves the right to choose the payment method for the cash reward (e.g., bank transfer).

General Conditions
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or referral schemes.
- Round Financial Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate this scheme at any time without notice.
- Referrers and Referees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Any abuse of the scheme may result in disqualification from receiving rewards.

Data Protection
- By participating in the scheme, both the Referrer and Referee agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering this scheme, in line with Round Financial Limited’s privacy policy.

Disputes
- Any disputes arising from the scheme will be handled at the sole discretion of Round Financial Limited.
