The Multi Entity Dashboard gives consolidated, bird’s eye view across all your entities. Everything is centralized. No more jumping between tabs and trying to remember what you just saw in the other account.

TLDR:

The Multi Entity Dashboard gives consolidated, bird’s eye view across all your entities.

Instead of logging in and out, or switching between accounts, you can:

  • Track performance across entities
  • Monitor key metrics in one place
  • Maintain full context
  • Make faster decisions

Everything is centralized. No more jumping between tabs and trying to remember what you just saw in the other account.

At Round, We make sure to deliver seamless experience for all customers especially managing the multiple entities.

Why We Built This:

We noticed a clear pattern: many of our customers operate with multi entities.

We validated the idea directly with them. We spoke to finance teams and founders. The pain point was consistent.

Switching between entities was slowing them down.

When you manage multiple entities you need:

  • Visibility across all of them
  • To compare numbers quickly
  • To act fast

But traditional entity management makes this hard. Each entity lives in its own space. That’s good for separation - but not great for speed.

So the challenge was clear:

How do we maintain proper entity management, while still giving a unified view?

The Challenge: Entity Management:

Entity management is important.

Each entity must stay separate - separate data, separate controls, separate permissions. But separation should not mean fragmentation.

We had to design a way to:

  • Keep entities properly isolated
  • Maintain security and permissions
  • Still allow a top-level overview

It’s not just about putting numbers on one screen. It’s about building the right structure underneath.

What’s Next:

This is just the beginning.

Right now, the dashboard gives you visibility and clarity. Next, we’re expanding that visibility even further.

You’ll be able to see:

  • How many invoices are pending payment across all entities
  • How many approvals are waiting
  • Other important items that need attention

It’s still about maintaining the right tenant structure. You won’t act on everything directly from the dashboard.

Instead, you’ll see the summary at the top level - and with one click, jump straight into the specific entity to take action there.

More yield. Less admin. Let us show you.

Skip the months-long implementation. Round is built to plug into your existing stack and start working for you immediately.
